Description
Gandharvahastadi Kashayam is an authentic Classical formulation, essentially based on generations-old authentic Ayurvedic texts, and is usually used in its herbal decoction form. It can be used for a harmless cleansing of the large intestine at any time to restore the Vata balance of the body. Additionally, it also helps in increasing appetite and can be useful in treating and rehabilitating patients with anorexic conditions as well.
Anorexia(Tastelessness) is a condition mostly affected due to the predominance of vitiated Kapha. This can be easily and effectively curbed by Gandharvahastadi Kashayam, as it directly affects the root of the matter, i.e. hunger, and not just at the effects of anorexia (unlike allopathic medicines). Vata imbalances in all Vatavyadhi conditions including, lumbar spondylosis, joint pain, back pain, ascites, and so on can also be successfully treated by Gandharvahastadi Kashayam at the root level.
It is the Vata imbalance for which this kashayam is bringing it back to normal. Since it is an Ayurvedic and all-natural ingredient-based remedy, it has no harmful side effects although it shouldn't be taken in quantities more than the ones prescribed. Extra caution should be taken for pregnant ladies patients who have diarrhea, as an intestinal cleansing may worsen their situation.
