Authenticity and Genuineness General Questions Orders Delivery Payments
No, COD option is not applicable in our website.
You can use a Gift Voucher or a Promotional Code at the time of placing the order by pasting the coupon code in the coupon code section.
We offer three types of payment- Internet Banking, Debit Card and Credit Card.
Once you have selected the items to be purchased and added them in your cart, proceed to checkout and click on any of the relevant options (internet banking, debit card, credit card) to pay for the order online.
We offer only online mode of payment.
Once the refund payment is initiated, it would take 10-15 business days to be refunded.
We use reputed payment gateways and are 100 % safe to be used as it is protected by multiple layers of security.
There are certain reasons for which your order payment might be rejected:
- Internet Connection got disconnected
- Debit/Card may be declined due to your banking policies
- Password for Internet Banking (Debit/Credit) can be wrong
- Any technical issue
