Description

Amruthotharam Kashayam is the concoction that has been prepared from three major herbs that have had their worth proven in many cases of indigestion and other stomach related problems. Along with treating indigestion, this also helps in dropping the fever with the aid of its immunomodulatory function providing ingredient.

The Amruthotharam Kashayam has three main ingredients.

The concoction is prepared by mixing 2 parts of Tinospora Cordifolia, 4 parts of Terminalia Chebula and 1 part of Zingiber officinale. The Zingiber Officinale increases the surface available for absorption of nutrients during digestion, by stimulating the digestive tract muscles. This is also an anti-viral agent and a digestive stimulant.

The Terminalia Chebula is a mild laxative and an anti-viral agent.

The Tinospora Cordifolia is a very strong anti-viral agent and an excellent immunomodulatory ingredient. Not only is Amruthotharam Kashayam used for indigestion relief, but this can also be used to treat other conditions that the rises due to the formation of AMA toxin inside the body.

In the case of common cold along with body fatigue and fever, Amruthotharam Kashayam alone is enough to provide relief. The mixture also acts as a very mild antipyretic agent to reduce the temperature in fevers and at times taken along with one more product when it comes to severe fever. The mixture can also be taken when the uric acid levels in the body is seen to be high and needs anti-inflammatory agent to bring the levels down.
